PRACTICAL WAYS OYSTER MUSHROOM CULTIVATION

There is considerable practical technology for cultivation of oyster mushroom Pleurotus spp, which stages the media spawn (spawn) and custody producing oyster mushrooms. In custody spawn the media

There are 10 steps that need to be done

The first step

media materials in the form of grain or sawdust mixture albusia (SKG) plus millet seed 1 (42%): 1 (42%). This raw material is the best.

The second step

raw material is washed and boiled for 30 minutes using a pressure cooker or pot.

The third step

The raw material is drained by the sieve. Add 1% lime (CaCl3), 1% gypsum (CaSO4), vitamin B complex (very little) and 15 percent or bran. The water content of 45-60% with the addition of a little water and pH 7.

The fourth step

Raw materials are then distributed to the baglog polypropylene bottles or milk bottles or hours on the same day. Perbotol 50-60% filled seed medium, capped cotton / cotton, wrapped in newspaper / aluminum foil.

The fifth step

sterilization in autoclav for 2 hours or pasteurization 8 hours on the same day. Autoclave temperature of 121 degrees C, a pressure of 1 lb, for 2 hours. Pasteurization temperature 95 degrees C.

The sixth step

did inoculation with laminar flow one day later. Once the seed medium temperature down to room temperature do pure cultures of origin seed inoculation on PDA (2-3 seed colonies of mycelium per bottle).

The seventh step

incubation (15-21 days mycelial growth) in the incubation chamber / incubator, temperature of 22-28 degrees C.

Step eight step

bottle or content of seeds baglog shaken every day, two to three times. This is done so that the growth of fungal mycelium seeds evenly and quickly, and the media does not clot seeds / harden.

The ninth step

mushroom mycelium spawn filled with fungal mycelium growth characteristics of compact and evenly.

The final step

The fungus used as inoculant / spawn / healthy seed multiplication to 1 and to 2. seeds stored in the refrigerator for 1 year, if not immediately used.

The next stage is to produce oyster mushroom (Pleurotus spp).

In this stage there are 10 steps.

The first step

prepare sawdust sawn albizia. Soak for 0-12 hours (depending on the species / strain used sawdust).

The second step

drain until no water, on the same day by using a wire mesh screen or sieve.

The third step

make the substrate / growth media, on the same day. Add bran or polar 5-15% (depending on species / strains used), 2% limestone (CaCO3), 2% gypsum (CaSO4) and water, stir thoroughly, substrate water content of 65%, a pH of 7.

The fourth step

distributed into polypropylene baglog on ahri it too. Pressed in the container, put the center hole, pralon ring fitted mouth, then closed with a cotton / wax paper.

The fifth step

sterilization / pasteurization, one day later. Store in a steam room or steam in the drum with media temperatures in the 95-120 degrees C baglog for 1-3 times 8 hours depending on the amount of substrate to be pasteurized.

The sixth step

substrate inoculation inoculation with spawn in the room. Setelahsuhu baglog substrate down to room temperature, inoculated seedlings on a substrate in a laminar flow. Seed 10-15gr/kg substrate.

The seventh step

baglog substrate incubation (15-30 days mycelial growth). Mushroom house / lemur / incubation chamber kept dry and clean, temperature 22-28 degrees C without light.

The eight step

baglog opened substrate ring opening (7-15 days later). How to unlock different, depending on the type of wood used mushrooms.

The ninth step

baglog arranged on a shelf in the house mold (fungal growth 10-15 days later, grown pin head / would grow fruit). The fruit will grow with water clean to prevent mold from growing. For the oyster mushrooms, mushrooms doused the house. For watering mushroom directly on substrates up soaking wet. Temperature of 16-22 degrees C mushroom houses RH: 80-90%.

The final step

oyster mushroom harvest / ear. Harvest is less than 9 times in less than 1.5 months depending on how the maintenance / watering mushroom and hygiene lemur. Or crop residues 2-5 times a week.

Important factors that must be considered in the oyster mushroom cultivation is a matter of hygiene, application of quality seeds, advanced seed production (pure culture, spawn, seed spread), production technology growing medium / substrate and maintenance as well as how to harvest oyster mushrooms.

  1. First of all I loved mushrooms. It has lots of vitamins. And one more thing I never forget that is the best quality mushrooms. That's why I always prefer a good company like Agrinoon.I have been running my mushroom business since 2015 after buying logs from Agrinoon(Fujian). I grow mushrooms like Shiitake, Oyster, and Morels.
